This service is recommended for new clients ready to commit to consistent moisture care and scalp wellness. This appointment is required for all new clients prior to booking maintenance services. This comprehensive 60-minute appointment is designed to assess underlying scalp and hair concerns, including hair loss, irritation, excessive shedding, or persistent scalp issues. Prior to your appointment, you will complete a detailed intake form. During the session, we will review your hair history, health factors, and lifestyle, followed by a microscopic evaluation of the scalp and hair. This assessment provides insight into scalp condition, follicle activity, buildup, inflammation, and potential contributors to your concerns. Based on the findings, a personalized care plan will be created to support improved scalp health and long-term hair outcomes. This service does not include a treatment or styling service. Follow-up appointments may be scheduled after the consultation, if recommended.

This appointment is a treatment-based follow-up for clients who have completed a Microscopic Scalp & Hair Analysis. Services during this visit may include a targeted cleanse, scalp detox, steam hydration, protein support, trimming as needed, and a selected style. All treatments and techniques are customized based on the care plan established during your initial analysis. A brief microscopic review of the scalp will be performed after cleansing to monitor progress. This is the final appointment that includes microscopic evaluation. Ongoing care will transition into a personalized maintenance schedule. A style selection is required when booking.

(RETURNING CLIENTS) This moisture-focused maintenance service is designed to support hydration retention, scalp health, and consistent results between visits. Includes a customized cleanse, steam hydration or deep conditioning treatment, and two-strand twists to support long-lasting moisture and definition.
